REAL RESULTS
“I’ve been working with Lily since November 2023, so approaching 2 years now. I first came to Lily at a period in my life where I was extremely lost in my training, my career path and myself.
From the moment I met Lily she embraced all of me, from my crazy emotions, to my questions, my out of pocket jokes and my continuous need for growth. I can wholeheartedly say that Lily picked me up from one of the lowest points in my life, and shaped me into the person I am today. Not only did she teach me that strength is beautiful, but she also taught me that the smallest version of myself is nowhere near as happy, fulfilled and eccentric as the version of me that prioritises strength.
Lily goes far and beyond just being a coach. She is my teacher, she is my friend, she is the person I come to when I need advice, someone I can turn to in my time of need and most importantly, she is the woman I look up to.
I could sit here and tell you that Lily improved my strength, technique and ability to be an athlete, but I think her biggest strength is the way she cares. Lily believed in me so hard, that after years of self-doubt, lack of confidence and the inability to feel proud, I finally, FINALLY, believe in myself.”

“I’ve been with Lily going on almost 4 years now and this journey to present has been a true stand out in my life to date.
I struggle with alot of mental health issues and working with Lil, having her by my side since the beginning has taught me so much about myself, my capabilities, my growth and potential as an athlete and a person. I’m always sharing with Lil just how much she means to me on a high level due to how much she has helped me overcome barriers and set me straight when I needed it.
Consistently showing me the way to not only better myself as an athlete, but the resilience within myself, discipline with myself, and backing myself which has helped me evolve my training.
Lily is an inspiring woman through all the challenges she has faced head on and overcome. She has such a strong, passionate and determined presence. I always feel better and grounded when I’m around Lily, which in turn has a beautiful impact. I couldn’t be more grateful for having Lily in my corner as a friend, an inspiring woman and a strong, bold, fearless, amazing, attentive and INCREDIBLE coach.”

Hear from those who have trained with Lily over the years
“I have had the privilege of training under Lily's guidance for over four years, and in that time, she has not only transformed my approach to strength training but has become an irreplaceable part of my personal and athletic journey.
Lily is the embodiment of integrity in coaching—she practices what she preaches with unwavering discipline, and as one of the strongest women in the world (literally), she leads by powerful example.
What distinguishes Lily is not just her extraordinary physical strength, but her rare combination of technical expertise, emotional intelligence, and boundless positivity. She possesses a deep, intuitive understanding of human biomechanics and an exceptional ability to tailor her approach to the individual. Her coaching style is a masterclass in balance—she pushes with precision and encouragement, yet she’s equally adept at recognizing when to pull back to protect longevity and well-being.
When I began training with Lily, I had been told by other coaches that I would never have the structural capacity to squat effectively. Lily dismissed that defeatist narrative entirely. Within a matter of weeks, through her meticulous attention to form and mechanics, she corrected the issue and proved that progress was not only possible—it was inevitable under her guidance.
To train with Lily is to be seen, heard, challenged, and uplifted. Her presence in my life has been nothing short of transformative, and I consider myself extraordinarily fortunate to be coached—and cared for—by someone of her caliber.”

-
You don’t have to be competing right now, but Riled Up is built for powerlifters who either compete or want to head that way.
Some lifters are in an off-season or building phase, others are in full comp-prep. The common thread is that you’re training for performance, not just fun.
If you’re competing (or planning to), coaching includes comp prep and comp day handling. -
Once you’re onboarded, coaching runs in a rhythm:
You follow your program (delivered online) and send through videos + notes as you train.
You complete your weeky check-in the agreed timeframe.
Lily reviews everything and sends you detailed feedback, updates and adjustments.
You’ll stay in touch on WhatsApp for questions, wins and more.
The goal is simple: you always know what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and what to focus on next.
-
For lifters competing, comp day handling can include:
Help planning your attempt selection
Strategy around warm-ups, timing and pacing
Support across the day with decisions and adjustments based on how you’re moving
The exact format depends on the meet and whether Lily is there in person or supporting you remotely, but the goal is always the same: you’re not guessing on comp day.
-
Yes. Coaching is fully online and built for different time zones.
Check-ins and feedback are done asynchronously, so you’re not tied to a random 5am Zoom. You send your videos and check-ins, and Lily responds within an agreed timeframe, so you’ll always have what you need before your next training session.
-
Riled Up is built to work with Lily’s travel and comp schedule, not against it.
Your check-ins are still delivered on your agreed day.
Feedback is delivered online (written, voice, video or Loom) so you’re never waiting for some random time zone to line up.
When Lily has big comps or travel blocks coming up, she’ll let you know in advance and make sure programming + communication are planned around it.
You get a coach who walks the walk and still shows up for you, regardless of the country she’s in.
-
You can expect:
Breakdown of what’s working and what’s not
Concrete cues to focus on
Suggestions for tweaks to stance, tempo, setup, bracing, etc
Adjustments to your program based on how you’re moving and recovering.
The whole point is to get you strong, technical and hard to kill, not just to tick your sets off.
-
All Riled Up coaching is a minimum 12-week term. Real progress in strength, technique and mindset doesn’t happen in 3-4 weeks.
12-weeks gives us time to:
Build momentum
Actually see how your body responds
Make smart decisions about your next training block
Many lifters stay on well beyond that first 12-week term, but those 12-weeks are the starting point.
